I'm on propranolol 20 mg 2x daily for wpw & xanax (alprazolam) 1mg er. i felt extremely dizzy tonight.. b/p, pulse & oxy sat were all norm. is this okay?

Dizziness on meds: You need to have ur orthostatic BP checked (BP after lying down-sitting-standing). BP & HR is to be taken after 1min of position change. If positive - see ur MD to adjust meds. If negative then look for non cardiac causes.
