A member asked:

Are nutrition facts more important than ingredients?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Both are important: Nutritional facts and ingredients are equally important. Knowing ingredients informs you of potential additives and unhealthy ingredients that you could be taking in. Nutritional facts inform you that you are (or are not) getting the appropriate amounts of protein, carbs, fat, and vitamin nutrition. It's important to be aware of both, however don't become overly obsessed with either.
