Got pain on lower front abdominal from last night. this morning its still there with pain on lower back aswell?

Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach or intestinal flu, etc... Most people with moderate pain, more than mild pain, may need a doctor's exam to be sure it's not something serious like appendicitis.
