It is possible: It sounds like there is something wrong making you feel so poorly. You should be evaluated as soon as possible. Left untreated kidney infections can become very serious and require hospitalization. Drink plenty of clear fluids, such as water and cranberry juice, and see your regular doctor or go to an urgent care center for evaluation and treatment.
