Bilateral on/off ulnar + median neuropathy for the last weeks. sx are mild (with certain movements or at night), but any underlying possible cause?

Many possible causes: There are many possible causes for your symptoms - thyroid disease, tick borne illness, vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol abuse, pregnancy, diabetes, disc herniation (or other spinal process) in neck, syphilis, etc.!
