This may seem like an odd question and perhaps it is. however, are there any familial conditions that can cause a low wbc and low crp? any examples?

Leukopenia: Familial benign leukopenia(low total but otherwise normal white blood cell count) has been reported in some families. CRP(C reactive protein) is a marker of inflammation. I'm not aware of any hereditary relevance.
