Your normal: There is wide range of normal WBC and your count may be your normal. It would be okay to watch and wait, you may repeat the WBC in 3-6 months, unless you get new symptoms.

What would cause you to have an elevated WBC count, <0 CRP levels on a blood test(all other tests renal and liver normal) and a temperature of 38 degrees?
C3 Complement high, CRP high, Alpha 2 Glob high, WBC elevated/neutrophils high, ANA 1:640 IF DFS, other blood tests appear normal, pain, fatigue, and brain fog. rheum does not think SLE, referred back to PCP, what could we be looking at here?
My blood tests showed metabolic acidosis from Acetezolomide use, but also, low monocytes & lymphocytes with high neutrophils and leukocytes. is the WBC to do with the acidosis? thank you?
