No: Since the priocedure was done less that 24 hours, it's too soon for an overt vaginal infection, vaginitis. Your symptoms appear to be a result of over manipulating the speculum which may have cause some vaginal abrasions. However, if your symptoms does not resolve within the next 1-2 days then see your doctor for an evaluation.
