Not particularly: Although any wound could provide entry for tetanus spores, a 15 mo who is up to date with their shots would be protected. Human bites are not considered likely sources for tetanus, but can become infected by a variety of bacteria. If not up to date now would be a good time to do so.

Maybe oral medicine: "Bitten by a baby" means different things to different people. His doctor can check to see if oral antibiotics are needed for prevention of infection after a human bite to the face. For a true bite to a face, antibiotics are recommended (oral unless a child refuses to take the medicine). Doctor can check to be sure his vaccine record is up to date (3-4 DTaP tetanus shots by 15 months in the US).
