Does having some hypoechoic lymph nodes and hypoechoic lesion mean cancer ?

Further workup: Hypoechoic is a finding that pertains to ultrasound findings. They can mean cancer or nothing. But These findings need to be further investigated especially if there is a lesion with local lymph node enlargement.
