GB sludge: The higher the fat content, the more sludge...thickened bile acids you’ll have. Not quite gallstones yet but on their way to form stones. Look at the fat in your diet. Make your fat count. Impossible to eliminate fat from diet..this is unhealthy to do. Focus on a balanced low carb Mediterranean diet..has good fat like monounsaturated fat.
