Can a gallbladder sludge cause constipation. i have constipation but have been diagnosed w/a gallbladder sludge?

Not usually: If the gallbladder is inflamed enough it could cause some difficulty with bowels. You may need to have the gallbladder out but would not expect this to cure your constipation. This problem may have to be worked up independent of gallbladder.
