I had a benign lump removed from my right breast 2years ago, recently on the same breast theres a spot where when i touch it stings and burns. what could be the reason?

Could be scar : tissue, an exam by your doctor and possible imaging studies of the breast, such as sonogram, or mammogram could be considered.
