If your gallbladder: has been removed calculi can pass through the hepatic to the common bile duct into the 2nd part of the duodenum but I wasn't aware that one would feel them unless they became blocked at the ampula of vater in which case you would have significant abdominal pain and unless removed, become jaundiced. The relationship to bowel movements evades me. Best make an appointment with your doctor.
