Unlikely : Even if it is a cervical fibroid, won't cause vaginal pain as a presenting symptom, could be infection or another problem, you need to see your doctor if you are really suffering, as more history besides good physical exam is needed in that case, wish you well and good luck

Diagnosed many fibroids 2013 by ultrasound. 2014 vaginal ultrasound, not one fibroid found or trace. Could they have been parasitic cysts.
