Whatever she wishes: There are lactose free milk products including soy milk and treated cow milk that these kids tolerate well. I'm not in favor of lots of juices because of their high sugar content. Fruits are more appropriate when given as the fruit in a form the kid can consume like applesauce or mashed grapes.
