13 yr old fell on outstretched arm followed immediately by pain upper arm hard to move doesn't look swollen can't hold anything heavy keeps arm bent ?

Needs to be seen: The upper arm can a fracture located down from the shoulder from such an injury. You should keep it immobilized with a sling & tie the bent arm to the body. Apply a cool compress to reduce pain & swelling & go where you can have an x-ray done.
