A member asked:

Does one instance of ocular migraine warrant workup by gp? ophthalmologist says eyes are ok. bright arc appeared in one eye only, with no headache.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ocular migraine: If the ophthalmologist firmly diagnosed an episode of ocular migraine, I don't believe further workup is necessary. Ocular migraine is commonly unaccompanied by headache.
