Many things: Anxiety can cause almost any symptom. Many things can help anxiety- which will help most depends on the causes. Try to eat healthy (avoid sugar, caffeine),exercise,meditate daily,do yoga,get counseling,get enough sleep, take B vitamins & magnesium, drink tulsi tea, take ashwagandha, and/or consult with a homeopath. It may not be necessary to do all of these things but each is likely to help!
