Talk to Dr.: have you tried speaking to the Doctor Who prescribed the medication? If they told you that side effects should be acclimated to but that really hasn't happened then, you are entirely within bounds to go back and let them know how you feel. Doesn't sound as if the medication has even work for the primary goal of controlling anxiety.
