Neutropenia : Low neutrophils: Deficiency of vitamin B12, folate or copper, inflammatory arthritis, cancer, immune problems, infections, Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, medicines, or idiopathic (we don't know). So high lymphocytes can be relative to the low neutrophils. High lymphocytes; which one is high? can be from infections, cancer, allergies, inflammation. Your doctor can see the entire picture.
