Depends: The answer depends on the clinical situation, presenting symptoms, and medications. I see that you are on Prednisone which can elevate the neutrophils in the blood. It can also be seen in a number of other scenarios including infection.

Usu infection: This usually means a bacterial infection. But depending on how high each component is, it may be something else too.

Depends: Not enough information to answer definitively. Elevated neutrophils (neutrophilia) can be from a variety of causes including infection (especially bacterial), inflammation (eg rheumatoid arthritis, etc), or steroids (demarginate neutrophils from tissue to blood).

Not at all: Usually a high white count is due either to high neutrophils alone, or less often high lymphs alone. Do yourself a favor -- don't even look at your CBC unless you have a specialty interest. It's only one piece in the complex puzzle of diagnosis; little abnormalities seldom mean anything at all, and your physician has already taken the big abnormalities into account.

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms you may watch and wait. It may be your normal. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

What does low WBC count, low esophils, low lymphocytes, and low neutrophils mean?

Need to investigate: Low white blood cell count can be due to many reasons, none of those is good, and the patient needs to be investigated to determine the cause. Some may be as simple as vitamin deficiency others are as sever as bone marrow failure. Please discuss the matter with your doctor.
