Ultimate method to make warm compresses for the eyes?

Rice: Warm compresses using a face towel becomes cold too fast. You can take uncooked rice, put it in a clean sock, and microwave until warm. The rice retains heat much longer.

I like moist heat. I like to boil a kettle of water and bring it over to the computer/tv and dip a rag in it. Allow the rag to cool a little and put over eyes and re-dip as necessary. Do it for 15 minutes each time.
