Virus infection: Flushed feeling,shivering and loose bowel movements suggest an intestinal tract infection, probably viral. Itching armpits are nonspecific. At this time, rest, drink adequate fluids,follow a soft,solid,bland diet avoiding roughage. Acetaminophen as needed to treat fever or aches. Take kaopectate or Imodium as needed if diarrhea becomes severe. Symptoms should gradually improve.over a few days.
