Needs Further w/u: Multiple symptoms involving entire abdomen, leading to multiple D/D. It appears that patient has Ac. GBD, other non specific symptoms may be part of AC GBD, with possible associated Hx of IBS, Dx of Ac. appendiciis has to be r/o . Needless to say there is a urgency for him to be evaluated by GI or Surgeon , for correct dx, after a dedicted w/u
