Hard to say: It is hard to predict when someone will have a period if they are not following their normal past history of cycle length. A cyst can disrupt but usually does not. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. Then see an Obgyn to discuss options for cycle regulation. Birth control pills can be used to decrease the risk of ovarian cyst formation
