Ovarian cyst: Yes, a cyst can rupture at any point in your cycle. If a cyst ruptures, you would usually feel severe pelvic pain especially on one side more than the other, and you may have nausea, lightheadedness, or just generally not feel well. If you think that has happened, you may want to go to the ER because there can be internal bleeding.
