Aspirin: Aspirin certainly can lead to easy bruisability and appearance of spontaneous leaking of blood from tiny capillaries leading to petecchiae, ecchymoses or purpura. These are not blood clots. If bruising is extensive or if there's bleeding from gums, nose, into urine,or development of black or bloody stools, stop aspirin and notify your physician or head to emergency room.
