Not really: Aspirin works to inhibit platelet function, but is not an anticoagulant like Coumadin (warfarin) or heparin. Depending on why you are taking Aspirin and your risk factors, it can be more beneficial that the bleeding risk. But that requires more of an individual balancing of risk/benefits.
