None: Aspirin is not a good treatment for a deep venous thrombosis aka a blood clot in the leg. There area other medications that are better at getting the clot to resolve. Talk to your physician.

Blood clot: If the clot is already formed Aspirin is unlikely to have much impact. You will need other types of medication.
