Some basics: Breast milk or formula is adequate nutrition for infants under a year.It can take offering a food a dozen times or more before they accept it. It has nothing to do with climate. It is often easier to expand their diet by having them sit at the table during mealtimes watching others enjoy feeds. This can draw them into wanting to sample what others enjoy. Be sure to have something they can try.
