Wouldn't think so: At that point the limbs/joints are forming but there is no data I know of to suggest such an effect. If anything a noxious exposure might terminate the pregnancy if it was enough to actually reach the well protected fetal membranes.I would not look at this as a reasonable explanation for such an event.
