Previous diag of osteoarthritis where ribs meets spine, also ribs from t2-7 are twisted and "stuck" i am having severe pain by the right scapula so bad it makes the front chest area hurt.could these cause this or is it something else?

Twisted rubs?/stuck?: Ribs don't usually "twist " or "get stuck" and requires an examination, x-rays and a PT evaluation.
