Not weird.: Happens at least a few times per day every day in every emergency room.

Both parties right: You were right to access care immediately as signs of cardiac disease present this way. The er doc after imaging, and diagnosing was right to send you home. Unless many predisposing factors are at play, you are a bit young to have these classic signs of a heart attack. So, everyone is right!
