Caffeine will give you half the dosage of a stimulant and has less side effects. Don't drink more than a cup or two. The highest caffeinated drink is Mate tea, grown in the Andes Mountains in South America often available at Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Look at Daniel Amen, MD.'s book on "Healing ADD" for lifestyle changes that will help you transition of adderall.
