If your heart rate is normal, one cup should be fine. Fatigue though is a potential sign of CHF. Watch for shortness of breath, swelling and please follow up with your physician. An exercise program approved by your physician is recommended. Regular sleep schedule and avoiding dehydration is also recommended.

Caffeine will give you half the dosage of a stimulant and has less side effects. Don't drink more than a cup or two. The highest caffeinated drink is Mate tea, grown in the Andes Mountains in South America often available at Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Look at Daniel Amen, MD.'s book on "Healing ADD" for lifestyle changes that will help you transition of adderall.
