Milk production: 38yo female post cesarean section desire to breast feed with minimal milk. I consider you have used all the recommendations from a nursing specialist already. Ensure you drink adequate amount of fluid.You may consider a trial of daily Metoclopramide which seem to work well. I do hope there is no history of breast surgery in the past too. Please see your doctor for follow up.
