Possibly, but...: ...bile itself isn't a likely cause of these symptoms. However, excess stomach acid, delayed stomach emptying, and lreated problems could be responsible. So could gall bladder disease, especially gallstones. That bile has been found in your stomach suggests you probably have had upper GI endoscopy and are under care for this, perhaps by a gastroenterologist. Discuss with your doctor(s).
