Just diagnosed with pneumonia? i had a heart ablation about 3 months ago. could it be related to breathing tube?

Unlikely: If there were no adverse situations during and soon after the endotracheal was inserted, in place and then removed and there were no respiratory problems within the next few days, no symptoms of cough, fevers, chills or sweats subsequently, in my view the pneumonia 3 months later was not related.
