Migraine : Most headaches are not migraines. I am not recommending this for you specifically. I have seen patients found help from vitamin B12 and magnesium. I have found patients that are deficient in vitamin B12 have a benefit from B12. This deficiency of magnesium does not equate for a benefit to magnesium. Some patients do not have benefits from these for migraines. You should see a doctor in person.
