For how long?: When were your teeth removed? Swelling is normal after removal of wisdom teeth which is a surgical procedure. The extent and duration is proportional to the difficulty of the procedure and your own body's responses. This may be normal or an infection. Very common: The swelling often peak 3 or 4 days after the surgery and should completely subside about 7-10 days after the surgery. If concerned, see your dentist/surgeon.
