For how long?: When were your teeth removed? Swelling is normal after removal of wisdom teeth which is a surgical procedure. The extent and duration is proportional to the difficulty of the procedure and your own body's responses. This may be normal or an infection. You need to speak to the dentist who removed your teeth in order to get the right answer to your question.

Very common: The swelling often peak 3 or 4 days after the surgery and should completely subside about 7-10 days after the surgery. If concerned, see your dentist/surgeon.
