Sorry but...: Even here in the US hospitals can be very busy. It's not unusual for people to wait many hours to get the help they need. Hopefully when you arrived you were briefly assessed and triaged, meaning the staff is giving priority to those with the most critical and urgent problems first. You might call to see if there is another hospital nearby with a shorter wait. Otherwise do your best to be patient.
