Diarrhea accompanied by a fever of 102 degrees F or higher, 6 or more stools a day, dehydrated, Tarry stools, -- should see a MD. Do not recommend using over-the-counter medicines for people who have bloody stools or fever— REMEMBER Washing Hands and Keeping hydrated
