Being treated for intestinal bacterial overgrowth. can this overgrowth cause rapid gastric emptying and bile reflux or vice versa? i have those too.

No: No, these things do not cause one another, although they may all be caused by some of the same other things, such as a history of digestive system surgery. I can't tell you more than that without knowing more about your situation, sorry! I wish you well, and hope your treatment helps make you feel better.
