Have both bile reflux gastropathy & rapid gastric emptying. gastrologist doesn't know why. no history of surgery. is bentyl a good treatment option?

Bile reflux/ dumping: Questran helps w/ bile salts & dumping. Octreotide helps dumping & decrease bile salts. Bentyl is used in dumping. Eat "grazing diet" Avoid fats, high acid, spicy food, alcohol smoking caffeine.
