A member asked:

How much chance for fertility does a woman have at 45 years old?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not very high: If at all a woman is able to conceive at 40-45 years of age, chances of spontaneous abortion are very high ( 50-80%). Incidence of miscarriage increases with age. Health related issues at that age can further complicate the picture. Few of them can although have a successful pregnancy. Good luck.
