Probably OK: These really aren't abnormal numbers, nothing to worry about, especially if the rest of your CBC is normal. Some people just run on the low side. Not unlike body weight: lower limit of "normal" for a 6' male might be 130 (just guessing the number), but a guy at 125 might just be slimmer than most. Your neutrophils are well above what's needed to assure protection against serious infection.
