Balanitis?: Probably just chemical balanitis (balanitis = inflammation of penis head), ie irritation from a product not intended for use on skin, especially sensitive skin of the penis, particularly if you are uncircumcised. Keep the area clean -- if uncircumcised, retract foreskin and wash with soap and water a couple times a day. If the problem persists a few more days, see a doctor or clinic.
