Depends: Not uncommon that patients experience PVCs before and after exercise, but not during exercise. When most patients start to exercise, their own heart rate rises and the PVCs disappear at higher heart rates.Exercise-induced premature ventricular complexes are common when doing exercise stress tests and their optimal management and prognostic significance remain uncertain.Do discuss w your doctor.
