Stop sex now : This can possibly be serious. Call a neurologist office first thing Monday morning and tell. Them what is going on with you. Refrain from sex till after you are evaluated.

See Below.: Its rare, but a headache associated with sexual activity (including at the time of orgasm) is described. The fact that it stopped happening is a bit re-assuring, but if it recurs, please do get evaluated immediately. If I saw you in clinic, I personally would have done a neurological exam and likely recommended an MRI or CT of the brain prior to attributing it to being an orgasmic headache.
