Hard to know: You didn't provide the name of the medication so it is hard to speculate whether it may be a reaction to it. Rashes usually require a visual inspection or at least a detailed description to assist in identifying the cause. This site does not allow us to see uploaded pictures so you may just need to wait until your doc is available. Most rashes are just a cosmetic issue but also relate to illness

Respiratory effort: The rash description and medication name would be helpful. Bronchiolitis is usually caused by a viral illness. Monitor breathing and respiratory effort. If the baby is struggling to breath, please see a physician right away.
